Welcome to Nakashi Parrswood
Nakashi Parrswood was opened by Paul Lomax 3rd Dan, in 2004, initially to give children the opportunity to develop their confidence, coordination, fitness levels and respect towards others. As the club became more established, parents wanted to join, so we now have mixed classes and Nakashi Parrswood teaches Shitoru-Shukoki Karate to all ages from 5 years upwards.
Paul Lomax and Helen Lomax started their Karate training in 1991 and have been training under Denis Casey, 7th Dan (UK chief instructor) since.
Denis Casey has given his full support, commitment and authorisation to Nakashi Parrswood and Paul Lomax to teach under the SSKU association.
Nakashi Parrswood is a small and structured club with enthusiastic students that are willing and happy to learn the complexity and skill of Shito-Ryu-Shukokai karate do.
